Review Process

Review Method: Operates on a Double-Blind Peer Review system where the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept mutually anonymous to ensure objective evaluation.

Evaluation Stages:

  1. Initial Desk Review: Editors check scope alignment, formatting compliance within 3-7 business days.
  2. Peer Review: Manuscripts passing desk evaluation are assessed by a minimum of 2 independent reviewers within 4-8 weeks.
  3. Editorial Decision: The handling editor issues a final decision based on reviewer recommendations: Accepted, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Ethical Standards: Reviewers must maintain strict manuscript confidentiality, provide objective and constructive feedback, and immediately recuse themselves if any conflict of interest arises.
